Los Rios Community College District requires employees to get fingerprinted before they are hired. Fingerprinting services are for Los Rios employees only – we do not provide fingerprinting services for outside organizations.
You can get your fingerprints taken at our campus police offices. Employees need to schedule a fingerprinting appointment online before they come in – we are not currently accepting walk-ins.

What To Bring To Your Fingerprinting Appointment
- Request for Live Scan Services form. This form is provided by the hiring supervisor who is requesting your fingerprints. Please make sure to fill out the form before coming to your appointment.
- Fingerprint Authorization form. This form needs to be filled out and signed by the hiring supervisor.
- A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID, or resident card).
- Rolling fees receipt. $15.00 fee needs to be paid at the Campus Business Office before your appointment. Student employees do not need to pay this fee.

American River College's hours for fingerprinting are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Fingerprinting Services at CRC
Cosumnes River College's hours for fingerprinting are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Fingerprinting Services at FLC
Folsom Lake College's hours for fingerprinting are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Fingerprinting Services at SCC
Sacramento City College's hours for fingerprinting are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Fingerprinting Services at Ethan Way Center
Ethan Way Center's hours for fingerprinting are usually 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursdays.
