Appeal a Parking Citation

If you think you were issued a citation in error, then you can appeal the citation. Appeals must be received within 21 calendar days from the citation issue date. Appeals are not accepted after 21 calendar days.

Appeals of parking citations issued at Los Rios or any of our colleges are processed by the Citation Processing Center. Appeals are not accepted by Los Rios Police Department or any of our offices or campuses.
