Provide Information to Dispatch
Give the dispatcher any information you have, including:
- Suspect description
- Number of hostages
- Location of incident
- Types of weapons or communication devices that are apparent
Evacuate the Area
- Evacuate the area where the incident is happening
- Keep others away from the area
Police will take control of the situation once they arrive and will notify everyone when the situation is resolved.
