Assault and Battery

If you witness or are the victim of an assault, battery, or threat of physical violence, then call the police. Ask the persons involved and witnesses to remain at the scene. Do not engage in physical contact with other person involved in a fight. Los Rios Police officers will take necessary action to deal with the situation.
