Los Rios District Police Department Parking Policies
California Vehicle Code (CVC) 40200.6 requires the Los Rios Community College District Board of Trustees to establish written policies and procedures pursuant to which The Los Rios Police Department shall provide services to the District. The District has entered into a written contract with Data Ticket, Inc. which identifies the services Data Ticket provides to the District. These services include receiving and processing parking citations, collecting and depositing funds, identifying registered vehicle owners and verifying ownership, processing delinquency notices and registration holds, and scheduling the administrative reviews and hearings.
